The triple eccentric butterfly valve features a sealing surface on the butterfly plate that is conically offset from the cylindrical axis of the body, with the valve stem’s eccentric axis position. This design fundamentally changes the sealing structure. It no longer relies on the elastic deformation of the valve seat for sealing but instead uses the contact surface pressure of the valve seat to achieve a reliable seal. This addresses the challenge of achieving zero leakage with metal valve seats, even in high-temperature environments.

1. Zero leakage: The manufacturing process ensures two-way zero leakage performance for the butterfly valve;

2. Anti-static structure: Conductive springs are placed between the valve stem, body and ball to avoid electrostatic ignition and ensure system safety;

3. The sealing ring adopts automatic compensation to ensure reliable sealing;

4. Triple eccentric butterfly valve: The butterfly plate and sealing surface quickly separate, reducing friction, and making it suitable for high-frequency operation;

5. The fire protection design meets API607 and other industry standards for fire safety.
