        The electric fluorine-lined ball valve features a ball with a circular through hole that serves as the opening and closing element. The ball rotates around the center line of the valve body, controlled by the valve stem, to open and close the valve. A special molding process ensures a dense and effective sealing surface, while the combination of V-shaped PTFE packing ensures zero leakage. The ball body and valve stem are cast as a single piece, eliminating the risk of the valve stem being pushed out of the pressure-bearing section due to pressure fluctuations, ensuring the valve’s safety. The valve is equipped with an all-plastic lining, which offers exceptional resistance to strong corrosive media.

1. Integrated valve stem: the valve stem and valve ball are integrated, which has stronger bearing capacity and higher stability;

2. Vacuum-resistant design: The dovetail groove anchor lining fully fits the valve body and can be used in vacuum working conditions;

3. Pressure self-sealing design: The valve seat is designed for self-sealing. As pressure increases, the ball presses against the seat, improving the sealing performance. The higher the pressure, the better the seal;
