         BV62 series V-type regulating ball valve features a straight-through valve body. This design provides a simple flow channel, excellent shut-off capability, and minimizes the risk of blockage.
        The high-capacity V-shaped cut offers superior adjustment performance, large flow capacity and an extensive adjustable range.

1. Modular design: Versatile and easy to replace parts;

2. Fireproof and anti-static design: It has an anti-static structure to avoid electrostatic ignition, ensuring safe operation when handling flammable media;

3. Pressure self-sealing design: The valve seat is designed for self-sealing. As pressure increases, the ball presses against the seat, improving the sealing performance. The higher the pressure, the better the seal;

4. Zero leakage: Thanks to its precise manufacturing process, the valve meets ANSI FCI 70-2 Class V or Class VI leakage standards;

5. Effective cutting performance: The V-shaped ball is plated with hard chromium, ion nitrided, or supersonically sprayed, enhancing surface hardness. This results in a sharp cutting edge, providing excellent cutting performance for various media;

6. Bonnet-less design: With no dead angle between the valve seat and the valve body, the design prevents medium accumulation, and reduces the likelihood of the valve body becoming stuck;

7. One-piece valve body: The valve body is crafted as a single, integrated unit, providing enhanced rigidity and reducing the potential for leaks;

8. Compact size and light weight: Compared with single-seat regulating valves with similar functions, it is more compact and lighter, and is especially suitable for applications where size and weight are important factors;
