Commander Type Self-Operated Micro-Pressure Regulating Valve

Category:Nitrogen Sealing Valve

The RJ592 series is a commander-operated self-regulated micro-pressure valve, ideal for controlling micro-pressure in various gases and especially suited for nitrogen sealing systems. Designed with the lever principle, the valve features a thrust amplification factor of seven times, ensuring high precision, zero leakage, and pressure difference resistance.

Product Description:
The RJ592 pressure regulating valve significantly improves the stability of pressure control compared to traditional pilot-operated valves. It features an integrated commander design, eliminating the need for the primary pressure reduction device, throttling device, and pressure regulating module commonly found in pilot-operated valves. Pressure can be adjusted with a single pressure regulating nut, making the valve easy to set up and maintain.

Design features    >>>

1. Safety overload protection: Effectively unloads overload pressure under abnormal conditions, preventing valve damag;

2. Stainless steel actuator: This option enhances the valve's appearance, prevents rust, and improves its stability and longevity;

3. Modular design: Versatile and easy to replace parts;

4. Special valve body: The internal structure is different from pneumatic regulating valves, making it better suited for self-operated control;

5. High precision: the lowest control pressure is 0.15 KPa;

6. Thrust amplification mechanism: Since the control pressure is extremely low, the actuator pressure is limited. The lever force amplification mechanism boosts the thrust sixfold, giving it excellent adjustment and pressure difference resistance;

7. Nozzle-type pilot valve: It can eliminate sliding friction in the commander valve core, providing high sensitivity;

8. Back pressure control: It uses double membrane chambers to manage simultaneous air intake. The back membrane chamber adjusts airflow release through the commander nozzle, ensuring stable and precise control;

9. High pressure difference resistance: The balanced main valve core ensures high pressure resistance;

10. Low overshoot: Traditional pressure regulating valves, due to their primary throttling, often have a large pressure reduction ratio, which can lead to overshoot. In contrast, the commander nozzle incorporates a quick-retracting core. In the event of overpressure, the nozzle valve core opens rapidly to balance the main valve, and the two membrane chambers quickly close the main valve, minimizing overshoot;

11. Single nut setting: The screw adjustment mechanism simplifies pressure regulation, making it quick and convenient.

Safe discharge    >>>

In the event that the diaphragm of the pressure regulating valve is damaged, medium leakage may occur. If leakage is not permitted on site, you can install a drainage pipe on the valve actuator to discharge the medium to a safe area.
