        The valve is designed to achieve zero leakage even at a minimum control pressure of 0.5 KPa, which may overcome import bottlenecks and help customers save substantial energy. It also features overload protection to prevent valve damage caused by installation errors.

Product Description:

The RJ439/RJ429 series is a direct-action, spring-set pressure-regulating valve, ideal for micro-pressure control of various gases and especially suited for micro-pressure nitrogen sealing systems. Designed with the lever principle, the valve features a thrust amplification factor of six times, ensuring high precision, zero leakage, and pressure difference resistance.

7. Rotatable actuator: Allows the top of the actuator to be rotated to the desired position when installation space is limited;

8. Zero leakage: The valve core features a soft-sealing structure that effectively cut off fluid when the valve is closed to achieve zero leakage;

9. Applicable and corrosive conditions: The valve is made of stainless steel, offering effective resistance against corrosive conditions.

If the installation position of the pressure regulating valve is inconvenient for adjustment or observation, or if the installation space is limited, simply loosen the screw, and the actuator can rotate 360° without disassembling the valve.

※ If you need to take pressure from the valve body flange, confirm the actuator direction before ordering.


Safe discharge    >>>


In the event that the diaphragm of the pressure regulating valve is damaged, medium leakage may occur. If leakage is not permitted on site, you can install a drainage pipe on the valve actuator to discharge the medium to a safe area.
